Slow FPM

Hello, I am in need of help! I have a P4-2.66Ghtz
with 750 ram and an intel intergrated video card
82845G. Running windows xp home
The most FPM are 22. Any suggestions

Try making the program run in 256 mode by right clicking, selecting Properties, then Compatibility, then check the 256 color box. Increased my FPS quite a bit. Also, make sure every other program is closed. Even a single internet window takes up a lot of RAM. The programs in the task bar can take up system resources, too.

No, change with 256 color? any other suggestion?

Hello,

AeroFly Pro does not run properly with 256 color
mode so don't try that.
The problem is your integrated graphic controller
which is simply too slow. I strongly recommend
to upgrade to a separate AGP 3d graphic card.
These cards are much faster that your integrated
card. You can get very good cards for 100 to 200
US dollar.

Torsten- I've been running 256 color for a while now and have noticed no problems. Just curious what others have experienced in that mode?
