I'm considering bying myself a laptop (after Christmas), and I'm wondering if an Intel Pentium M 725 (1.6 GHz Pentium Mobile) paired with a 128MB Radeon Mobile 9700 will be sufficient computer power to handle AFP(D?) in 1024x768 resolution.

The reason why I'm putting the "D?" in parenthesis is that I've already got AFP (which btw handles smoothly on a P3-550 + 3DLabs Oxygen VX1), and I will not upgrade to the "Deluxe" version unless I know for a fact that I have the cpu power to handle it.

Hello Svein,

that Laptop is perfect for AeroFly (normal and Deluxe version). It should have plenty of power for all sceneries and models. Keep in mind the Deluxe version uses "slightly" more cpu and graphic power. But again, the laptop you mention is fast enough.
