robbe fc16 and easyfly

I have a robbe fc16 rc with the module nr. 4 for working with the easyfly simulator. when i have connected the interface cable with my com port 2 i get the message from easyfly "nothing found at the selected port"

what can i do?

I had the same problem. In my case, the connector to the trainer-module in the fc16 must not be plugged in too strong. I loosen it a little bit every time and so it works without problems
