    Hello,

    if you update the NVIDIA driver to the latest version, this problem should disappear. So please try this first.

    Got the same problem as Gaaaz, but an update of Nvidia driver won't really help. Still hangs during startup with latest patch. My Nvidia GT 330m driver is 8.16.11.8798 which is reported to be the latest. Did you use the same? What else could I do?

    Hello Harry,

    according to the tm.log file the new driver is not installed. There are special Notebook drivers available from NVIDIA, that should be used. The current version is 258.96. Did you use this driver?

    It depends on your notebook if you can install this driver or not!

    Hello Torsten,

    got a Fujitsu Lifebook E Series. Strange thing is: if I installed the recommended driver (64bit version / Windows 7) it would only install the HD audio part. And if I try to update it via device manager it says "latest driver already installed". I'm pretty desperate now and would be happy for every hint...

    First: forget the "Device Manager". It always says "latest driver... bla bla"
    Then: did you remove / de-install all of the old driver before installing the new one? This is essential. And confusing because in the meantime one has to use the standard MS driver to install the new one.

    Hi Juergen,

    I deinstalled my default graphics driver and it was a small catastrophy: it won't install the Nvidea driver at all and I had 640x800 resolution. The only thing helping was taking the driver from Fujitsu but with poor result at the end: hi res, but Aerofly still won't start like described above.
    Ich weiss nicht, was Ihr empfiehlt: deutsch oder englisch, wie komme ich am besten zu einer Lösung?

    please contact us direct via email at mail ( at ) ipacs.de. This way we can give better instructions. Please be as specific as possible when sending us an Email, especially tell us EXACTLY what kind of Laptop you use. You can write in german to us of course.
