I bought Aerofly 5.7.1.5 but cannot activate it either through the software i.e. online activation or the off line activation method.

In the off line method I have downloaded the license file but cannot copy it to the Aerofly5 folder. I checked the permissions on the Aerofly folder and they are set to not allow a file to be copied into the folder (I am the administrator and I can "read only") and as far as I know the permissions on the folder cannot be changed even signed in as the administrator. Aerofly is installed on the desktop exactly as described in the instructions.

The online method gives me error 90000. I can only use the basic software i.e. two models and two fields.

I'm running an Apple iMac 27" 3.4 GHz Core i7 with 8GB DDR3 RAM on OS X 10.6.8 and should easily meet or exceed all requirements. Please Help! I am looking forward to flying the whole program, with all aircraft, locations and actually using the full screen mode but need to activate! I filled out a support form and sent that with my tm.log file but have had no response. It's my birthday and I just want to fly my simulator...
