Patches/Updates for AFPD Platinum Edition

Hi there!

I'm having trouble being able to reliably run AFPD Platinum Edition on my Mac Pro with OS X10.7.4 (Lion) installed. Sometimes it runs; other times it will not run at all. The DVD that came with the program (I purchased it on 2 July 2012) indicates that it is Version 1.11.07.25. Are there updates/patches for this version; if so, where do I find them?

We have heard of some problems lately with Aerofly Pro Deluxe and Mac OS X 10.7.4. Could you please tell us what kind of Mac you have if you use a Thunderbolt display?

I could download the file found at the site you referenced, but attempts to open it failed (standard error message.)

I have a Mac Pro ('desktop' - the large under-the desk model; it's a 'late 2009' quad-core Intel version; I purchased it in January 2012; it came with OS X 10.7.x installed; I've updated it to 10.7.4; the graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 5770. I use a Dell 23" flat panel display. (I don't know what 'Thunderbolt' is, but I see it is installed in the computer.)

Can you be slightly more specific on what the error message is on your side?

Ensure you do the following to install the update:

Simply unzip (double click) on the downloaded file and copy the extracted files to your AeroFly Professional Deluxe installation folder. Sometimes Mac OS X will automatically unzip it, in this case copy all files of the open finder window into the AeroFly Professional Deluxe folder.
